Is the first breakdown really free?
Yes. Your first full breakdown is on us, with no plan required, so you can judge the coaching on your own gameplay first.
What's the difference between Pro and Elite?
The coaching is the same. Elite gives you 250 full analyses a month instead of 100, and 250 GB of cloud storage instead of 50 GB.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing & Plan in your account. There are no contracts or cancellation fees, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my recordings if I downgrade?
Recording stays free, and your local recordings are never deleted or locked. Cloud storage drops to the Free plan's 5 GB, so cloud recordings above that may be removed.
When do my monthly analyses reset?
On your billing date, every month.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees aren't refunded for partial months, but you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged in error, email support@rankkd.com and we'll fix it.
