Quick start
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), a GPU with hardware encoding, current graphics drivers, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 or Black Ops 7.
Run the installer, sign in with your RankKD account, and leave RankKD running in the background. Under a minute, no configuration.
Launch your game and play. Detection starts the recording when the match starts; keep the app open afterward so the upload finishes.
What each status means
Common fixes
Game not detected
RankKD watches for a supported game process. If it does not appear, confirm the game is in the supported list, run RankKD before launching the game, and check that it is not blocked by antivirus.
Recording failed or stutters
Recording uses your GPU's hardware encoder. Update your graphics driver, close other capture software that may be holding the encoder, and confirm you have free disk space on the recording drive.
Upload stuck or very slow
Uploads resume automatically and survive restarts. A stalled upload is usually a slow connection or an antivirus scanning the file; leave it running and it will continue where it left off.
Analysis pending too long
Matches queue for analysis after upload completes. Pending simply means the queue is still working through it; the match stays in the queue across restarts.
Login issues
Sign in happens in your browser and hands the session back to the app. If it does not complete, make sure your default browser is not blocking the redirect, then try again from the app.

Storage, retention, and monthly breakdown caps are set by your plan; current numbers are always on Coaching Plans. Playing offline is fine: recording keeps working, and uploads and analysis pick up automatically when you're back online.
