Privacy policy

• Account & Contact. Email, username, password (hashed), settings; support communications. Billing info is processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
• Gameplay & Media. Recordings (video/audio), gameplay input data (mouse, controller, and a small fixed set of gameplay keys such as movement keys; captured only during an active match while the game is the focused window, never free text, and optional: input recording can be turned off in settings), match metadata; opt-in data from game integrations (e.g., Riot RSO). See our anti-cheat disclosure for exactly how input capture is scoped.
• Derived/Analytics. ML outputs such as heatmaps, weapon accuracy, timelines, micro-tracking, and other insights; De-identified aggregates.
• Usage/Device. App/version, device/OS, IP address, timestamps, diagnostics, crash logs, feature usage.
• Cookies/Similar. On the web, we may use essential cookies and limited analytics to operate and improve the Service.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive Personal Data.

• Provide the Service (contract): record, sync, process, analyze, and display matches and insights; account management; entitlements and quotas.
• Improve & secure (legitimate interests): diagnostics, fraud/abuse prevention, feature development, quality assurance.
• Communicate (contract/legitimate interests/consent): service emails, notices; optional marketing with opt-out.
• Comply with law (legal obligation): tax, accounting, lawful requests.
• With consent (where required): certain marketing, optional integrations.

We may create and use De-identified Data for benchmarking, analytics, and research.

We share Personal Data with:

• Service Providers/Processors under contract (hosting/CDN, storage, payments, analytics/telemetry, email delivery, fraud prevention, customer support).
• Third-party game integrations you connect (subject to their terms and your opt-in).
• Legal and safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We may transfer Personal Data to the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers. If we appoint an EU/UK representative, we will update this Policy with their contact details.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure.

We retain Personal Data as follows (or as required by law):

• Account & billing: life of account + up to 7 years (tax/records).
• Support tickets: up to 24 months.
• Logs/telemetry: typically up to 12 months.
• Gameplay media & inputs: retained per your plan's storage/retention rules as described on our website; older items and items beyond quota may be deleted.

Deletion. When you delete your account, we delete Personal Data within 30 days, subject to (i) legal/recordkeeping obligations and (ii) limited backups that are purged on a scheduled cycle. De-identified Data may be retained.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your Personal Data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also delete individual content, or your entire account and all associated data, at any time via account settings. Submit requests via support@rankkd.com. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and we will review.

• Marketing. Opt out via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.
• Cookies. You can control cookies via your browser; essential cookies are required for the Service.
• Recording Consents. You are responsible for obtaining consents from third parties captured in your recordings (e.g., voice chat).

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Third-party sites and games have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. If their APIs or policies change, related features may change.

We may update this Policy; for material changes we will provide 30 days' notice (email or in-product). Continued use after the effective date indicates consent.
