The main Hacienda callouts in BO7 Ranked are Rock, Garage (also called Lambo), Plat, Well, Lobby, Secret, Office, Vines and Boat. Hacienda Hardpoint has four hills in a fixed order. P1 is in the Fountain courtyard in the middle of the mansion. P2 is the north-east garage by the Driveway. P3 is outside on the south-west grounds, around the fences. P4 is Rock, on the north side by the water. There's no P5, so after P4 it goes back to P1. In Search and Destroy (SnD), A is outside on the south side, below the mansion. B is at Rock on the north side, and the water is a flank route onto it.
Hacienda callout map

North is the water side. Think of the map in bands:
- North: the water, the boathouse (Boat) and Rock (P4).
- Center: the mansion. The Fountain courtyard (P1) is in the middle. The top halls are the upper floor that looks down on it, with ways in on all four sides.
- South: the yard below the mansion, with A in the middle and Well and Vines to the east. P3 is on the south-west grounds, around the fences.
- East: the Driveway spawn, with the lion statue and the luxury cars. The P2 garage is on the north-east side next to it.
- West: the Garden, the back spawn.
Hacienda callouts list
These are the callouts Ranked players use on Hacienda. The P2 garage goes by two names, Garage and Lambo.

What is Hacienda in Black Ops 7?
Hacienda came to Black Ops 7 in Season 03 Reloaded on April 30, 2026. It's a returning medium-size 6v6 map built around a villa. It has three lanes, with tight fights inside and long sightlines outside. It first shipped in Black Ops 4 in 2018 and was remastered in Black Ops 6 in 2024. The BO7 version is the BO6 map with Wall Jump spots added. Your BO6 map knowledge carries over, but BO7 movement opens routes BO6 didn't have.
Is Hacienda in BO7 Ranked Play?
Yes. Hacienda was in the Ranked Hardpoint and SnD pools, not Overload. BO7 Ranked Play has ended. Season 06 was the last season. Playing Overload instead? See the Overload guide.
Hacienda in the CDL
Hacienda joined the CDL 2026 pool at Stage IV on May 26, 2026, as a Hardpoint and SnD map. It replaced Cliff Town in Hardpoint. Hacienda SnD closed out the CoD Champs 2026 grand final. On map 7, FaZe Vegas came back from 4-5 down to beat OpTic Texas 6-5 and take the series 5-2. The last round came down to a 1v1, and FaZe won it. Hacienda was a CDL map in BO6 too, on the same layout without wall jumps. Watch BO6 CDL VODs for routes and setups, then check the spawns against BO7.
Hacienda Hardpoint hills and rotation
The rules that shape the rotation
In BO7 Ranked and under the CDL rules, hills last 60 seconds and rotate in a fixed order. The next hill shows up 10 seconds before it goes live. Capture is instant, kills don't score and respawn is 3 seconds. Games go to 250, and the 5-minute clock only runs while nobody holds the hill. Hill time is the only thing that scores.
Hill order
| Hill | Area | Where it is |
|---|---|---|
| P1 | Fountain | Middle of the mansion, in the Fountain courtyard |
| P2 | Garage / Lambo | North-east garage next to the Driveway |
| P3 | Fences | South-west grounds, around the fences |
| P4 | Rock | North side, by the water |
After P4 it goes back to P1.
When to rotate on Hacienda
Start playing for the next hill when the current one has about 20 seconds left. Don't wait for the reveal. The next hill only shows 10 seconds before it goes live, and the order never changes, so you already know where to go. For more on rotating, see Hardpoint rotations.
P1: win the top floor first
In many matches, the team that controls the top halls controls the map. That's from Activision's own BO7 map intel, which calls that floor the Gallery. The top halls look down on the Fountain and have ways in on all four sides. Expect fights down the halls, from the windows across from you, and from the sides and below.
- Top before hill. Clear the top windows and the door first. Then keep your ARs up top, with two players holding the top halls. The player on the hill goes prone and covers whatever the top players can't see.
- Spawns flip side to side. Push up one side of the hallways and the enemy spawns on the other side. There are three spawns on each side, each with a deeper secondary spawn behind it. If you don't spawn in the middle, the enemy has pressure on the side you didn't spawn on.
- Set up P2 before it pops. Finish P1 spawning on the Garage side, so the walk to P2 is short. Late in P1, push the enemy through the objective to set that up. Keep one player on one side of the top hallway for the whole hill. That spot blocks one set of enemy spawns. If that player pushes down the hallway, the spawns flip.
P2: fight for the back spawns early
P2 is easy to hold once you own the back spawns. Fight for them as soon as the hill pops.
- Hold Short. Short is the side door into the Garage. Holding it is the SMGs' main job. Once your ARs win their fights, they take a head glitch on the enemy spawn and start spawn-trapping.
- Know the cutoff. Don't fight for the back spawns with only 10 to 20 seconds left. If you don't have them 30 seconds into the hill, hit the hill from the front.
- Push deep to send their spawns deep. With one player on time and one pushed through to Rock, the enemy spawns at Kitchen or back Grass. With one player pushed out at Rock and one at Middle, they're forced to spawn at Boat.
P3: take Plat before the hill
Don't sit on P3. It's wide open, and players shoot down on it from Plat. Rotate to Plat and take it first. Whoever holds the high ground wins this hill, and it makes breaks easier.
Read their spawns from where your teammates are. If your teammates are back in Office, your kills spawn the enemy toward Well. If they're at top Secret or just off the Well spawn, the enemy spawns back in the Garden or Grass. If three teammates are already pushed up and you're the last one off spawn, drop back and hold the pinch. That blocks the nearby spawns, so the enemy keeps spawning at Well.
P4: stack time at Rock, and watch the water
No P3 control? Rotate to P4 about 20 seconds early. It's a good hill to rack up time on. P4 is one of the easiest hills in the game to hold. Once you're on it, there are only a few ways in, though in BO7 the water adds one more (below). Get there and stack time.
- The BO7 water climb. At P4, enemies can now climb straight up the walls out of the water: wall bounce, then pull yourself up. You couldn't do that in BO6. Enemies had to go all the way around to Rock. Defending P4? Keep your last player watching for a water push, and treat a splash as a flank coming in. Breaking P4? Use the same climb.
- Spawns mirror. One side spawns close, just past the Garage, or back in Lobby if the enemy is on the hill pre-aiming that spawn. The other side spawns by the hedge (close) or in the Boathouse. If the enemy pushes out the front of P4 and blocks those spawns, it can go even further back, next to P3.
- Keep someone back. If one teammate pushes up toward the enemy's Garage side, someone else has to stay at least as far back. Then the enemy keeps spawning on that side, but at its secondary spawn: Lobby instead of Garage. Without that player back, the spawns flip.

Where A and B are
A is outside on the south side, below the mansion and just east of the P3 area. B is at Rock on the north side, so the water is a flank route onto B. Attackers start at the east spawn by the Driveway and Lion. Defenders start in the Garden on the west side.
The opening race
In one coach's BO7 timings, attackers win the race into the middle of the mansion. They get to either top window about a second first (the right one by the spiral staircase), and through the bottom about two seconds first. Toward B, both teams get there at the same time, but defenders can nade over first. So teams often wait out those nades and hit Rock late. Toward A, attackers now get there well after the defenders. That's the biggest change from BO6. Run straight out of Well and swing, and the defenders are already on A.
For bomb timers, defuse math and opening duels, see SnD tips.
Team setups
Two setups work. Run a 3-1, with three players challenging top Middle and one at Garage. Or run a 2-2, with two at Garage and two in the top hallway. The connector between the Rock side and Middle lets each pair help the other. On defense, put two players on A, since most attacks go there. But watch for teams switching to B now that attackers reach A late.
Solo queue picks
- Offense, sniper. Attackers can reach a wall bounce spot and top Middle before defenders. Put a sniper there to catch defenders pushing up to A. Snipers are allowed in Ranked SnD, except the restricted Shadow SK and XR-3 ION. Sniper aim assist has been off since February 13, 2026.
- Offense, SMG. Not sniping? Take an SMG to bottom Secret to see which lanes they're holding. If you see nobody, keep pushing into their side to flank: B, top Office or the left.
- Defense. Play bottom Middle. From there you see whether attackers hit top-left, top-right or bottom-middle. Then cut off anyone crossing to A, or clear the flank and push through if they're playing B.
The B water play on defense
If attackers keep going B, swim through the water with your pistol out. An enemy may be doing the same. Take the long way round instead of the obvious wall hop. Check the window and Rock, then climb out and flank the attackers at Rock. Hopping straight into the water on defense can also get you a free kill.
How RankKD helps: RankKD shows where you died first in each Hacienda SnD round, on a death heatmap grouped by callout.
Common deaths on Hacienda and how to avoid them
Six deaths to stop giving away on Hacienda, and the fix for each:
- On the P1 hill with nobody up top. You'll die fast. The Fountain is the most dangerous spot on the map. Fix: get support in the top halls first.
- Sitting on P3 in the open. Players shoot down from Plat. Fix: rotate to Plat and take it first.
- The splash nobody watched at P4. In BO7, enemies climb straight out of the water. Fix: keep your last player watching for a water push.
- Fighting for P2 back spawns too late. Fix: skip them with 10 to 20 seconds left. If you don't have them 30 seconds in, hit the hill from the front.
- Pushing into a spawn flip. On P1, the player anchoring the hallway pushes down it and flips the spawns. On P4, a push toward their Garage side flips them unless someone stays at least as far back. The general rule: if more of your team is pushed past the middle of the hill than pulled back, expect the enemy to spawn behind you.
- Swinging out of Well toward A in SnD. Attackers now reach A well after defenders, so the defenders are already there when you swing. Fix: don't play A off the BO6 timing.
How RankKD maps your deaths on Hacienda
Those are the mistakes Hacienda punishes. RankKD shows you which ones you're making.
RankKD records every match on its own, so there's nothing to press. After the match, it reviews the footage and puts every kill and death on the timeline. On Hacienda, that gives you:
- A death heatmap by callout. Your deaths grouped into named areas of the map, so "I keep dying on P1" becomes a specific spot you can fix.
- Spawn-flip deaths in Hardpoint. The deaths that came right after a spawn flip, hill by hill.
- Rotation timing. Whether you left for the next hill too early or too late.
- Early deaths in SnD. First deaths of a round, and deaths early in a round, called out round by round.
- Death discipline. Deaths while sprinting, reloading or re-peeking without info, fights you took while already hurt, and deaths right after your own kill.
- Receipts. After each match, RankKD writes a coach's note. Every mistake in it links to the exact moment in the video, with your mouse, keyboard or controller inputs on screen.
- Map stats. How you do on each map and mode, and your worst map and why, compared with your rank and the rank above.
Example (illustrative, not real data): say your heatmap flags the open ground on P3 as a top death spot. That's the classic P3 mistake, sitting on the hill instead of taking Plat. Each of those deaths links to its clip.
RankKD analyzes your match after it ends, never while you play. No overlays, no assists, no live info, no mods and no in-game presence (read the full disclosure). RankKD supports Black Ops 7 and Modern Warfare 4 when it launches, including MW4 Ranked Play from the day it goes live.
